Examination Scheme, Progress Report and Promotion Criteria
CLASS XI and XII
Two Unit - Test Series and three terminal exams are held during the year for class XI and one unit test, two terminals and a Pre-Board exam for class XII.
First Unit Test - Test Series is held in July for classes XI and XII.
First Terminal Examination is held during the last week of August and Second Terminal Examination in December.
Second Unit Test - Test Series for class XI and Pre-Board Exam for XII are held in January.
Final Examination for class XI is held in Mid February. Performance of the complete year is consolidated and final result is prepared.
75% ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY FOR APPEARING IN EXAMINATIONS (Internal & Board both).
Classes XI and XII (Science Stream only) have five days a week for studies.
NOTE :
- No request for conduct of exam on prior/later date is entertained.
- Rupees 500/- shall be charged in case a Duplicate Report Card is to be issued.
- PARENTS/GUARDIANS ARE REQUESTED TO SEE THE ANSWER SHEETS OF
1ST AND 2ND TERM EXAM AND SIGN THE REPORT CARD AT SCHOOL ON
RESULT DAY AS INTIMATED THROUGH THE DATE SHEET.
